I assigned my Professional-Technical Writing students a digital video project to help them negotiate the stress of a job interview, however, the specifics 

Students collaboratively designed a prompt and scoring rubric.  After a robust discussion about grading criteria and the precision of the prompt as it handshakes with the rubric, students were able to score the work of their peers, and wrestle with the same challenges their professors face applying a grading tool to student work.
